Late post---sorry!
Period Six. I am so sorry I wasn't in class on Friday.
I had a very long parent conference to attend
I couldn't get on blog on Friday as well.
So: Here goes: READ pp. 424-25 anwer assessment 1-6
(we did this last Thursday)
Read 426-29 on the Sinking of the Lusitania
What was the Lusitania?
Why was it in danger? Who was at fault?
What reasons did the Gerans have for sinking it? Was this fair
during the war?
How many died?
Why did this event pull the USA into WWI? When?
What mystery did scientists investigate with modern technology?
Analyze the poster on 429; describe it; what is the theme; in what way
was this 'propaganda' for joining the war?
